The enhanced partnership addresses a common workplace friction point: the difficulty of finding specific information buried in corporate intranets and knowledge bases. By connecting Moveworks' AI to Unily's employee experience hub, organizations can enable their workforce to ask questions conversationally and receive instant, context-aware answers pulled directly from authorized Unily content. This eliminates the need for employees to know where information is stored or to browse through multiple pages, streamlining access to trusted company knowledge.
The integration is designed with enterprise governance in mind, fully honoring Unily's permission models to ensure data security and giving administrators precise control over which sites and content are ingested by the AI.
