As part of this transition, Richard Scheig will transition to serve as a Strategic Advisor, effective immediately. Scheig has served as the Company's Chief Revenue Officer since 2022.

Wiseman joins MeridianLink with more than three decades of leadership experience across financial technology, data, and analytics. He has served as CRO at Addepar, Real Capital Analytics (RCA) and FactSet where he drove sustained revenue growth and led the adoption of innovative platform solutions and services. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions focusing on go-to-market teams, strategic alliances, and growth initiatives. Gray brings more than two decades of experience leading transformation initiatives for fintech and SaaS companies. Most recently, Gray helped drive a company-wide transformation at Stax Payments. Prior to his tenure at Stax, Gray led Corporate Development and transformation initiatives at Abrigo. He brings extensive experience in acquisition integration, AI adoption, customer experience modernization, and enterprise-scale change management.
