Bush is a strategic leader known for turning market insight into lasting business value for Fortune 100 and global organizations. She joins Magnit from Kelly OCG, where she led the merger of KellyOCG, RocketPower, and Sevenstep, unifying operating models and technology stacks to deliver agile, client-focused solutions for large enterprises. Her focus on scalable solutions and governance drove historic EBITA growth, workforce agility, client satisfaction, and industry-leading internal mobility.
In her new role, Bush will help shape the next chapter of Magnit's client service model ensuring delivery stays closely aligned with clients' evolving business goals. She will bring together client-centric strategies and operational rigor to enable both Magnit's clients and its teams to thrive as market needs shift across the industries and regions Magnit serves.
