Caballero’s extensive background in banking, private equity, and strategic advisory positions him to drive Lumina AI’s growth and innovation in AI technology. Caballero currently serves as Managing Member of EROC Advisors, LLC, a firm focused on strategic growth, ownership transitions, capital structure optimization, and M&A execution. With prior roles as CEO and president of multiple regional financial institutions, including leading the recapitalization and sale of GulfShore Bank to Seacoast Bank, he brings proven financial acumen. “Joe brings extensive financial, strategic, and governance experience to our board.
