The hub focuses on developing tailored, industry-specific AI solutions to enhance efficiency and unlock business value. It builds on a strategic alliance established in November 2021, leveraging Kyndryl’s global innovation labs, including a new AI Innovation Lab in Liverpool, for ideation and deployment.

“We are confidently doubling down on our successful collaboration with Microsoft because we know that the combination of Kyndryl Consult expertise with Microsoft technologies is a powerful duo that will help customers reap the benefits of AI, drive innovation, and achieve meaningful business outcomes,” said Ismail Amla, Global Leader, Kyndryl Consult.

Empowering Enterprises with Scalable AI

The hub enables enterprises to deploy agentic AI solutions that operate autonomously with goal-oriented decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency across industries. “Kyndryl’s Microsoft Acceleration Hub represents the next evolution of our strategic collaboration and a shared commitment to helping enterprise customers unlock the full potential of AI,” said Stephen Boyle, Global Leader, SI & Advisory Partners, Microsoft. “As a customer, we are thrilled about the Kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration Hub’s transformative potential and believe it can help streamline our adoption and application of AI and enable better services for our customers,” said Anders Bjørnrud, CTO of Care Safety Innovations.

Strategic Growth and Market Impact

Kyndryl’s focus on AI and cloud services aligns with its strong Q1 2025 performance, surpassing revenue and profit expectations due to growth in its consulting business and hyperscaler partnerships. The company’s stock (NYSE: KD) has risen from $26.87 in July 2024 to $41.215 as of July 11, 2025, with analysts like Oppenheimer raising the price target to $55, citing expected mid-single-digit growth in Cloud and Consult segments by 2028. The hub strengthens Kyndryl’s position in the high-growth AI market, leveraging its Azure Expert MSP designation, held by less than 2% of Microsoft’s partners, and recent AI Platform on Azure specialization.

The Kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration Hub positions Kyndryl as a leader in enterprise AI adoption, combining its consulting expertise with Microsoft’s cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable, industry-specific solutions. This strategic partnership enhances Kyndryl’s ability to drive digital transformation, offering significant value to enterprises navigating complex IT landscapes.
