In this role, Siva Sen will lead expansion of Kaizen's India operations, strengthening its Global Capability Center strategy to scale delivery, talent, and enterprise AI capabilities for clients worldwide.

Kaizen Global India will serve as core engine for enterprise transformation, leveraging Kaizen's strengths in data engineering, advanced analytics, and enterprise AI, with continuous improvement and execution discipline.
Siva Sen brings extensive leadership experience in building and scaling global delivery organizations, with strong track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
