Building on the company's recent $175 million growth investment led by Sumeru Equity Partners, the appointments mark the next step in the company's continued expansion. Over the past year, K1x has continued expanding its private markets tax platform through new product capabilities, strategic partnerships, and AI-native innovation, reinforcing its long-term vision for intelligent tax data infrastructure. As the company continues building that platform, it is investing in the leadership needed to accelerate innovation and deliver greater value to customers.

"As we continue expanding our platform and investing in new capabilities, Ken and Chris bring the leadership we need to help us scale thoughtfully, strengthen the customer experience and continue building the platform customers rely on today and will rely on tomorrow."

Chief Operating Officer Role

He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across enterprise software and financial technology, including leadership roles at leading technology companies serving the accounting, private equity and financial services markets.
