With nominations open through September 19, 2025, the inaugural ISG Paragon Awards Asia celebrates excellence in the region’s rapidly growing IT and business services market.

Celebrating Innovation in Asia’s Tech Landscape

The ISG Paragon Awards Asia highlights partnerships that harness AI and other technologies to transform enterprises. As Michael Gale, partner and regional leader, ISG Asia Pacific, stated, “ISG is delighted to expand our Paragon Awards program to cover Asia, where our most recent ISG Index™ data shows quarter-over-quarter improvement in managed services activity and growing enterprise investment in cloud services to run AI at scale.” This initiative addresses the region’s dynamic IT services market, spotlighting collaborations that drive operational excellence and growth.

Award Categories and Recognition

The awards cover six categories: Excellence, Innovation, Transformation, Sustainability, AI Pacesetter, and Partnership of the Year. These categories recognize outstanding delivery, entrepreneurial innovation, organizational transformation, sustainable digital strategies, AI-driven impact, and exceptional collaboration. A panel of ISG advisors will assess nominations, with an independent external judge selecting winners, to be announced at a gala dinner at the Fullerton Bay Hotel, Singapore, on November 12, 2025.

Since its inception in 2010 in Australia and New Zealand, the ISG Paragon Awards have expanded globally, covering North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. “The strong and growing IT and business services market in Asia deserves a dedicated program to recognize excellence and innovation in the region’s sourcing industry,” Gale continued. The Asia program builds on this 15-year legacy, aligning with the region’s increasing focus on cloud services and AI adoption.
