The ISG Center of Excellence in Bangalore, which employs more than 600 professionals delivering critical services to clients and internal teams worldwide, received the certification in December based on the latest employee experience survey.
Eighty-seven percent of ISG India employees responded positively on the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ survey. This assessment measures essential workplace factors including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Organizations qualify for certification with at least 70 percent positive responses, and ISG India's 87 percent score demonstrates exceptional employee engagement and satisfaction.
