Information Services Group (ISG) has announced the winners of the 2025 ISG Women in Digital Awards for the Americas, celebrating women driving transformative change in technology. The awards, presented during a virtual ceremony on September 4, 2025, recognized leaders from Verizon, Innova Solutions, Assurant, Blend Labs, Infosys, and Nokia for their outstanding contributions across six categories.

Celebrating Women in Technology

The fourth annual ISG Women in Digital Awards for the Americas, held virtually on September 4, 2025, honored women for their impactful roles in technology. Leaders from major companies were recognized as gold winners in six categories, showcasing their influence in driving digital innovation and leadership. “Congratulations to the impressive and accomplished winners of our fourth annual ISG Women in Digital Awards for the Americas,” said Kimberly Tobias, partner, ISG, and program leader of ISG Women in Digital. “We are delighted to celebrate their successes and recognize their impact on technology and business.”

Rising Star: Antra Malhotra

Antra Malhotra, associate director at Verizon, won the Rising Star award for her exceptional growth and increasing leadership in technology roles. Her work demonstrates significant responsibility and impact, positioning her as a key figure in Verizon’s digital strategy. Silver and bronze winners included Debadrita Roy of Public Service Enterprise Group and Stacie Ruen of GM, respectively.

Women’s Advocate: Nita Sardana

Nita Sardana, vice president of community outreach and corporate giving at Innova Solutions, earned the Women’s Advocate award for her efforts in guiding women to succeed in the digital world. Her initiatives have fostered professional growth and equity, with Smriti M. Jayaraman of Corazon Capital and Tiffany Gray of CISO Global recognized as silver and bronze winners.

Digital Innovator: Nimarta Nanda

Nimarta Nanda, vice president of software engineering at Assurant, was awarded the Digital Innovator title for her creative use of digital solutions to drive significant business impact. Her contributions highlight Assurant’s commitment to technological advancement, followed by silver winner Catalin Chan of TriNet and bronze winner Cintia Barcelos of Banco Bradesco.

Rock Star Leader: Winnie Ling

Winnie Ling, chief legal and people officer at Blend Labs, received the Rock Star Leader award for leading transformative initiatives with substantial business outcomes. Her exceptional leadership was recognized alongside Jenny Koehler of PwC US (silver) and Charu Kapur of Birlasoft (bronze).

AI Champion: Rajeshwari Ganesan

Rajeshwari Ganesan, distinguished technologist at Infosys, was honored as the AI Champion for her strategic use of AI to transform organizational processes and services. Silver and bronze winners included Edwina Fitzmaurice of EY and Urvashi Sheth of Intermedia, Inc., respectively.

Digital Titan of the Year: Dr. Anmol Agarwal

Dr. Anmol Agarwal, senior security researcher at Nokia, was selected as the Digital Titan of the Year for her outstanding contributions to digital innovation in the Americas. Chosen from among all regional nominees, her work exemplifies excellence in technology leadership.

Global Impact and Future Ceremonies

The 2025 ISG Women in Digital Awards program, with 536 global finalists, extends to EMEA and Asia Pacific, including India, with ceremonies scheduled for September 11 and 18, 2025, respectively. The program, part of ISG’s Women in Digital initiative since 2018, continues to promote advocacy and advancement for women in technology through events, a LinkedIn page, and live video series.
