Advancing Sustainable AI with HyperCool

ZutaCore’s HyperCool technology, utilizing a direct-to-chip pool boiling system, efficiently manages heat from advanced GPUs, enabling peak performance while slashing energy consumption. This waterless, two-phase cooling solution eliminates water dependency and supports high-density AI workloads, achieving a partial PUE of 1.03 in prior deployments. This collaboration enables Iozera to develop AI-optimized data center blueprints tailored for high-density compute clusters and edge environments, reducing total cost of ownership while maintaining performance.
