  • Emphasis on agentic AI for autonomous workflows
  • Built on Infosys Topaz AI framework

The collaboration combines Anthropic’s Claude models, including Claude Code, with Infosys Topaz AI offerings to help enterprises automate complex workflows, modernize legacy systems, and improve software delivery. The initiative focuses on embedding governance, transparency, and safety into AI systems, particularly for regulated industries.

Building Enterprise Agentic AI Systems

The partnership is centered on agentic AI—systems capable of handling multi-step business processes such as claims processing, code generation, testing, and compliance workflows. Using tools like the Claude Agent SDK, Infosys and Anthropic aim to enable persistent AI agents that can operate across long-running enterprise tasks.

This approach moves beyond traditional AI chat models to fully operational AI systems embedded within enterprise workflows.

Industry-Specific AI Transformation

Infosys and Anthropic will co-develop customized AI agents across key industries:

  • Telecommunications: AI-driven network operations, customer lifecycle automation, and service optimization
  • Financial Services: Automated risk analysis, compliance reporting, and personalized financial advisory
  • Manufacturing: Accelerated product design, simulation, and R&D optimization
  • Software Development: AI-assisted coding, testing, and debugging using Claude Code

Infosys is already integrating Claude Code within its internal Exponential Engineering division to build expertise and refine enterprise use cases before scaling to clients.

Leadership Perspective on Enterprise AI

Dario Amodei, CEO and Co-Founder of Anthropic, highlighted that enterprise-grade AI requires deep domain expertise to bridge the gap between experimental models and real-world regulated deployments. He emphasized Infosys’ strong industry knowledge as a key enabler for scalable AI adoption.

Salil Parekh, CEO of Infosys, stated that the collaboration represents a strategic step toward redefining enterprise operations through AI, enabling organizations to become more intelligent, resilient, and efficient across industries.

Enterprise AI Operating Model Shift

The collaboration reflects a broader shift toward AI-native enterprise operations, where autonomous AI agents increasingly manage workflows, optimize processes, and support decision-making. By combining Infosys’ enterprise scale with Anthropic’s frontier AI models, the partnership aims to accelerate real-world AI value realization.
