iManage has appointed Ryan Begin as Vice President, Technology Partnerships and Ecosystem Strategy and David Zember as Vice President, Global Channels and Alliances. The two leaders will work together to advance iManage’s global partner strategy, expand the company’s technology ecosystem, strengthen alliance and channel execution, and create a more coordinated framework for driving customer success, innovation, and growth.
The appointments come at a time when organizations are increasingly seeking connected systems that extend value across the knowledge work lifecycle through AI, automation, and interoperability. Begin will lead the development of a scalable technology partnerships and ecosystem strategy, working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to establish technical and commercial foundations for partner innovation and platform growth.
Zember will focus on shaping how iManage leverages strategic alliances, technology partners, resellers, and implementation partners to accelerate customer success and expand market reach. His responsibilities include defining partnership goals and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the partner ecosystem drives innovation and value.

Ryan Begin brings deep experience in ecosystem development and platform partnership strategy. During his 14 years at Salesforce, he helped pioneer the AppExchange and scale the company’s ISV and partner ecosystem to more than 7,000 apps, generating over $6 billion in revenue for partners. His expertise includes building structured partner programs and aligning technical and commercial value.
David Zember brings more than 30 years of leadership across engineering, enterprise sales, channel and alliance management, and executive roles. Most recently, he led worldwide partners, alliances, and ISV strategy at Qlik, where the partner organization represented approximately half of the company’s annual recurring revenue. He has been recognized multiple times as a CRN Channel Chief and was named one of CRN’s Top 25 Channel Sales Leaders of 2025.
