This appointment signals a bold step in the company’s mission to scale contextual, agentic AI solutions that meet the complex needs of asset- and service-intensive industries.

Kriti Sharma's appointment reflects IFS's strategic commitment to developing AI that is tailored for real-world industrial problems. A globally recognized AI pioneer, Sharma has led digital transformations at Thomson Reuters, Sage Group, and GfK. Her accolades include the UK Prime Minister’s Points of Light award, Forbes 30 Under 30, and recognition by the United Nations as a Young Leader.
Now leading Nexus Black, Sharma will work closely with IFS’s customers across manufacturing, construction, aerospace, and other complex industries to develop intelligent, autonomous systems that go beyond generic generative AI capabilities.

Sharma is joined by Nick Vandivere, who assumes the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Nexus Black. Also formerly of Thomson Reuters, Vandivere will lead the expansion of IFS’s Industrial AI pipeline by exploring frontier use cases and investing in next-generation technologies.
Together, Sharma and Vandivere will accelerate the development of IFS’s domain-specific AI solutions, helping customers solve high-value challenges like asset failure prediction, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency.
