How LiveCheck™ Enables Human-AI Collaboration

LiveCheck™ operates by integrating directly into the flow of a live AI interaction. When an AI agent encounters a policy boundary—such as a discount limit, a refund threshold, or a complex verification requirement—it automatically pauses the conversation and triggers an approval request. This request, complete with full context, is sent to a human manager via their preferred channel like SMS or Slack. The manager responds with a decision or conditional approval, which the AI agent instantly interprets and uses to resume the conversation naturally with the customer.
