iCIMS, the Intelligent Hiring Platform, today announced LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Plus for Hiring Assistant will be available for iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. Expected to launch in Spring 2027 for customers using LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, RSC+ will enhance LinkedIn's flagship Recruiter System Connect integration by connecting iCIMS ATS, the #1 ATS in market share, with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.
With RSC+, recruiting teams will be able to evaluate and manage applicants for their open roles regardless of where they applied. By bringing together applicant data from iCIMS, with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant insights, recruiting teams can gain a unified view of applicants and get to qualified shortlists faster. LinkedIn Hiring Assistant evaluations will sync back to iCIMS ATS, allowing recruiters to review candidates wherever they choose to work without switching between systems. This will help reduce manual review, streamline applicant evaluation and improve efficiency throughout the hiring process.
RSC+ will build on the existing LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect integration by syncing applicant data from iCIMS into LinkedIn Hiring Projects tied to a connected iCIMS requisition. Recruiters will then be able to use LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to evaluate applicants against their hiring criteria using both LinkedIn profile insights and iCIMS ATS resume data.

RSC+ for Hiring Assistant will be available in Spring 2027 for iCIMS ATS customers using LinkedIn Hiring Assistant with a LinkedIn Recruiter license. LinkedIn Hiring Assistant evaluation insights will sync back to iCIMS in real time.
