Varghese joins as the company accelerates investment in its platform and deepens AI capabilities to meet growing demand across the aerospace and defense market.

Varghese brings deep experience in strategic finance and value acceleration having served as a senior private equity investor and operating executive for more than a decade in the industrial SaaS market. He has partnered with founders and leadership teams across several industrial SaaS companies, helping build the financial discipline and operating infrastructure needed to scale rapidly. Most recently, as CFO of Irth Solutions, he helped lead the company through more than threefold growth in annual recurring revenue, strong profitability, and a successful exit to a global growth equity firm.
