HUMAIN, a PIF company focused on delivering full-stack artificial intelligence solutions, has announced a strategic collaboration with McKinsey & Company to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across Saudi Arabia. The partnership is designed to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and achieve measurable business outcomes through enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives.
The collaboration combines HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure and localized technology stack with McKinsey’s transformation expertise and QuantumBlack’s engineering capabilities to support scalable AI deployment across industries in the Kingdom.
HUMAIN said the partnership is part of its broader ecosystem strategy aimed at accelerating AI transformation across Saudi Arabia’s enterprise landscape.
Under the collaboration, HUMAIN will integrate its full-stack AI capabilities, including localized infrastructure, advanced AI models, and cloud platforms, with McKinsey’s consulting and enterprise transformation expertise. QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, will contribute engineering capabilities to help organizations operationalize AI at scale.
According to McKinsey’s State of AI in 2025 research, many organizations continue to struggle with embedding AI deeply enough into workflows and operations to generate enterprise-level business impact.
The companies said the collaboration will focus on helping enterprises transition from isolated AI pilots toward sustainable enterprise-wide deployment strategies tied to operational and financial outcomes.
The collaboration will prioritize end-to-end AI transformation programs spanning strategy, use-case development, deployment, and scaled operational integration.
HUMAIN and McKinsey also plan to develop tailored agentic AI solutions designed to improve business workflows and automate complex operational processes across areas such as finance, HR, procurement, and customer operations.
"AI's next chapter is about scaling what works. Together with McKinsey, we are helping organizations move from experimentation to enterprise-wide transformation, embedding AI into core operations," said Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN. "By activating our full AI stack across data centers, compute, models, and applications, we are driving measurable results and unlocking sustained economic value across sectors."
The companies said the collaboration will also emphasize responsible and secure AI deployment, including governance, local data principles, and scalable compliance frameworks aligned with regional market requirements.
McKinsey said the partnership reflects growing enterprise demand for practical AI implementation models capable of delivering measurable operational improvements.
"Capturing meaningful value from AI requires world-class technology. But it also demands rethinking how work gets done, building new capabilities, and embedding AI into core processes," said Tom Isherwood, Senior Partner and Co-Leader of Tech and AI at McKinsey & Company. "This collaboration aims to help organizations in Saudi Arabia make that shift."
The HUMAIN-McKinsey collaboration is positioned as a long-term framework to support organizations across Saudi Arabia as they scale AI usage, modernize workflows, and strengthen digital transformation initiatives.
As AI adoption accelerates globally, the partnership highlights the increasing importance of localized AI infrastructure, enterprise governance, and operational AI integration in large-scale transformation programs.
