HubSpot, Inc., the agentic customer platform for scaling companies, has announced the appointment of Mike Berry, Chief Financial Officer of MongoDB, to its Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2026.
Mike Berry joins HubSpot’s board as the company continues to scale its operations and deepen financial discipline across global markets. With extensive experience overseeing finance organizations at public technology companies, Berry brings proven expertise in financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, and investor relations.
As CFO of MongoDB, Berry leads the company’s global finance organization. He has held CFO positions at several prominent technology companies, including NetApp and McAfee. Berry holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Augsburg College and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He also serves on the board of directors of Rapid7 and Calix.
