With over three decades of experience in healthcare technology and payer solutions, Renzi will spearhead HiLabs’ growth strategy, focusing on national and regional health plans at a time when the industry is rapidly adopting AI to streamline operations and meet evolving demands.

HiLabs announced the addition of Robert L. Renzi as Chief Growth Officer, a key leadership move to scale the company’s go-to-market strategy. With a focus on accelerating adoption of its AI platform, MCheck, Renzi’s appointment aligns with the company’s goal to expand across major health plans in the U.S.
Renzi’s professional journey includes nearly 28 years at Erisco, TriZetto, and Cognizant, where he led enterprise-level payer solution initiatives. He later served in senior executive roles at Welltok and Zelis Healthcare, driving expansion in member engagement and payment integrity. Most recently, he served as CGO at Catalyst Solutions, focused on simplifying complex healthcare technologies.
HiLabs’ AI-powered MCheck platform addresses long-standing challenges in healthcare data management, such as fragmented provider records and error-prone workflows. The platform has already impacted 24% of the U.S. healthcare population, working with 4 of the 10 largest health plans.
As CGO, Renzi will lead all growth functions—including sales, customer success, and partnerships—during a pivotal time as payers turn to AI to meet regulatory expectations and improve operational efficiency.
