Highspot and Seismic, two prominent players in the revenue enablement space, have entered into a definitive agreement to merge their businesses. The proposed transaction unites their complementary platforms, customer bases, and shared vision to address the growing complexities faced by go-to-market teams in sales, marketing, and customer success.

The merger responds to increasing demand for technologies that bridge sales strategy with execution and enable consistent, scalable revenue performance. By combining forces, the companies plan to accelerate innovation in AI-driven capabilities that enhance productivity, execution, and consistency across revenue-generating functions.
