Harden, who serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Schneider Electric’s global Energy Management business, brings extensive experience in technology roadmaps, software innovation, and sustainability to the board.
Harden’s role at Schneider Electric involves defining and executing technology strategies for software supporting residential electrification, while leading cross-functional teams across international competency centers. His background aligns closely with HighByte’s mission to help manufacturers address data architecture challenges and accelerate AI-driven use cases through modeled, ready-to-use industrial data.
