Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a prominent provider of digital experience, business process management (BPM), and digital media services, has named Venkatesh Korla as its new Global CEO, effective May 28, 2025. Korla, previously President and CEO of HGS Americas, succeeds Partha DeSarkar, who will retire in September 2025 after leading the company since 2006. The HGS Board approved Korla’s elevation from President and CEO of HGS Americas to Global CEO, marking a pivotal shift as the company embraces digital transformation. Korla succeeds Partha DeSarkar, whose nearly two-decade tenure established a strong foundation. “It is a tremendous honor to take on the role of Global CEO at HGS. With over 25 years of experience in digital services and tech-enabled customer experience (CX), Korla has a proven track record of building high-performance global teams and fostering client relationships. He founded Element Solutions, acquired by HGS in 2018, which now forms HGS Digital, delivering strategic consulting, data analytics, marketing technology, intelligent automation, and cloud solutions. His expertise positions him to steer HGS toward an AI-led future, as noted by Chairman Ashok P.
