In this role, Carozza will lead Hexnode's enterprise sales strategy across the North America and LATAM markets, with a focus on expanding customer relationships, strengthening regional go-to-market execution, and supporting continued growth across the company's endpoint management, security, and identity portfolio.
Carozza brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and SaaS revenue leadership.
Previously served as Vice President of Sales, Americas, at Appsmith.
Held senior sales roles at Cloud Development Resources, OutSystems, and ASG.
