The rapid deployment—decided just four weeks ago and set to serve traffic by the end of the week—highlights Groq’s ability to execute swiftly.
This European expansion builds on Groq’s existing data centers in the U.S. (Equinix, DataBank), Canada (Bell Canada), and Saudi Arabia (HUMAIN), which collectively process over 20 million tokens per second. The Helsinki facility strengthens Groq’s position in the $2.8 billion-valued AI inference market, competing with players like Nvidia by offering LPUs optimized for inference tasks, delivering unmatched speed and cost efficiency.
