MSP-First Capabilities Make Multi-Tenant Support Easier

Resolve's latest features are built to ease the complexity of managing multiple client environments, giving technicians greater control, cleaner data, and a more professional experience for their customers including AI-Powered Technician Tools, Multi-Tenancy Software Inventory, Custom Tenant Branding, and upcoming Tenant-Based Policy Management scoping and enforcement at tenant level.

"Our growth was made possible thanks to Resolve's capabilities," said Federico Fobert, CEO of ITM Service Provider. "Thanks to these tools, we have been able to avoid hiring additional operators, saving both time and resources, increasing professionalism, and ensuring a highly reliable service for our customers. LogMeIn Resolve is the software that works for you and for your customers – and that is priceless."

New and Enhanced Integrations Strengthen Workflows

Resolve now connects with more of the platforms that MSPs depend on every day, automating workflows, enhancing security, and simplifying documentation including MCP Server open beta plugging into AI assistants via open MCP standard, enhanced integration surfacing Acronis EDR and XDR security alerts within Resolve, updated HaloPSA integration enabling tighter ticket synchronization, and upcoming integrations with documentation platforms Hudu and IT Glue showing Resolve data in tools technicians already use.

"MSPs are tired of platforms that aren't built for how they actually work, whether it's jumping between tools to manage security alerts or rebuilding documentation by hand after every session," said Steve Shattuck, Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems at GoTo. "LogMeIn Resolve is already the platform MSPs trust to run their business, and today's enhancements help it work even harder for them."

In further support of MSPs, GoTo also launched "The Practical MSP," a new podcast for the managed services community.
