Unified Agentic Workflows: AI agents can now execute tasks across Salesforce and Google Cloud platforms without the need for manual oversight.
Seamless Tool Integration: New features allow users to access Gemini Enterprise within Slack and utilize Agentforce Sales agents directly inside Google Workspace.
Zero-Copy Data Architecture: Agentforce can natively read data from Google Lakehouse and BigQuery without moving or copying files, maintaining high security and performance.
Multimodal Reasoning: Agentforce now supports Gemini models via the Atlas Reasoning Engine, enabling agents to process text, image, and video data.
Automated Content Creation: A new Slackbot integration allows users to generate polished Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets directly from Slack threads.
Expanded Governance: New connectors with Informatica enable real-time insights and enforced security guardrails for data sources like Workday and SAP.
