Download speeds also increased substantially, rising from approximately 28 Mbps to nearly 100 Mbps. In addition to performance gains, employee complaints regarding network connectivity largely disappeared, resulting in a near elimination of related support tickets.
These outcomes enabled Glean's lean IT organization to redirect resources away from routine network management and toward strategic business initiatives.
