Gamma has launched Gamma Imagine, a powerful new AI design tool that extends the platform beyond presentations, documents, and websites into full-spectrum visual creation. This marks the company's most significant release to date, enabling users to generate standalone, on-brand design assets directly within Gamma using natural language prompts.

Quick Intel

  • Gamma Imagine functions as an AI-native graphic designer, automatically applying brand colors, styles, and identity to create logos, infographics, diagrams, social posts, and marketing assets.
  • Users can generate multiple creative variations per prompt, upload reference images to match styles, and refine outputs iteratively with natural language instructions.
  • New AI features include remixable templates (from user creations or 100+ professional designs), Smart Charts for interactive branded data visualizations, AI Illustrations, and AI Infographics from text descriptions.
  • Enterprise integrations now include ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, Atlassian, n8n, Superhuman Go, and Profound (with Glean forthcoming), allowing content generation directly from existing AI assistants and workflows.
  • Designed for speed and accessibility, it eliminates the need for design expertise or teams, turning ideas into polished visuals instantly while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Available to all users starting March 17, with Gamma's global user base exceeding nearly 100 million, over 80% outside the US, generating over a million pieces of content daily.

Teams today must produce increasing volumes of branded visual content across multiple channels under tight timelines. Traditional design tools often add AI as an afterthought, layering features onto rigid workflows. Gamma Imagine is built from the ground up as AI-native, behaving like a collaborative human designer that understands brand guidelines, offers creative options, and supports rapid iteration without manual formatting.

The tool empowers anyone to create professional-grade visuals. Start with a prompt describing the desired asset, and Gamma Imagine delivers multiple directions complete with brand-aligned styling. Reference images ensure style consistency across projects, while natural language refinements allow precise adjustments.

Expanded AI-Native Creation Capabilities

Remixable templates let users evolve existing Gammas or select from a library of professionally designed starting points, then describe changes for instant personalized versions. Smart Charts automatically generate interactive visualizations—bar charts, scatter plots, funnels, heatmaps—that inherit brand aesthetics. AI Illustrations and Infographics transform text ideas into ready-to-use branded graphics, usable standalone or embedded in presentations and documents.

Seamless Enterprise Workflow Integrations

New connections bring Gamma into daily tools. Users can now create presentations, documents, or visuals directly from ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms like Zapier and Make, or productivity apps such as Atlassian and Superhuman Go. This closes the loop between ideation and output, embedding Gamma in existing AI-assisted and collaborative environments.

"We built Gamma around the belief that anyone should be able to communicate visually without needing a design background or a design team,” said Grant Lee, CEO, Gamma. “This launch is the biggest expression of that vision yet, and with Gamma now living inside the tools where teams already work, the gap between an idea and a ready to share output is virtually nothing."

To celebrate the launch, CEO Grant Lee is leading a global user tour beginning in Seoul on March 17, followed by London on March 23, and São Paulo on March 26, highlighting Gamma's international reach and community.
