Gaia Dynamics, the leading AI-powered trade compliance platform, has unveiled a significant product release that broadens its international footprint and bolsters its compliance toolkit. This update encompasses coverage in 28 additional countries, self-service bulk classification features, revamped tariff engines, the innovative Description IQ tool, and refined onboarding processes, all aimed at equipping businesses with reliable tools for navigating intricate global trade regulations.

Quick Intel

  • Gaia Dynamics expands trade compliance coverage to 28 new countries including UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and full EU market.
  • Self-service group classification enables 200x productivity gains via bulk uploads of Excel/CSV files for automated Harmonized codes and rulings.
  • Re-engineered tariff tools cover Chapter 99 tariffs like Sections 301, 232, with detailed summaries and smarter duplication management.
  • Description IQ analyzes product descriptions in real-time to identify gaps and suggest improvements for accurate classifications.
  • Streamlined onboarding allows easy team management, permission controls, subscription adjustments, and credit monitoring.
  • AI platform scores 100% on U.S. Customs Broker License Exam, supporting rapid growth in trade compliance solutions.

Global Expansion: 28 New Countries

Starting today, Gaia customers can classify products, estimate tariffs, and receive defensible explanations and customs rulings in 28 additional countries, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the full EU single market. This expansion brings Gaia's coverage to one of the largest trade regions in the world.

"Global trade compliance has never been more complex and businesses can't afford to get it wrong. Our customers tell us they need clarity, trust, and defensible answers, "said Emil Stefanutti, CEO of Gaia Dynamics. "With this release, Gaia is eliminating friction to empower businesses to expand confidently, reduce costs, and accelerate growth in one of the most complex regulatory environments in the world."

With these enhancements, Gaia continues its mission to simplify global trade compliance while delivering enterprise-grade accuracy and speed at scale.

Self-Service Group Classification: 200x Productivity Gains

Gaia Pro and Advanced customers can now run bulk classifications at scale with 200x the productivity of human experts. Users simply upload an Excel or CSV file containing product descriptions, and Gaia automatically generates:

Optimized product descriptions Harmonized code classifications Professional-grade explanations Customs rulings for every item

The new bulk tool is fully integrated with Gaia's tariff solutions, enabling complete classification and tariff extraction in seconds.

Re-Engineered Tariff Tools

To keep pace with growing regulatory complexity, Gaia has completely rebuilt its tariff engine. New capabilities include:

Deeper coverage of Chapter 99 tariffs (including Sections 301, 232, 201, and IEEPA) More detailed summaries of percentage, ad-valorem, quotas, and exclusions Smarter management of tariff duplications and persistent user preferences across sessions

Introducing Description IQ

Trade compliance often fails not at the classification stage, but at the input stage. Incomplete or ambiguous product descriptions can trigger misclassification, delays, fines, and audits.

With Description IQ, Gaia now analyzes product descriptions in real time, identifies missing information, and advises users on how to improve their data for accurate classifications. This breakthrough turns Gaia into a true AI-powered consultant rather than just a compliance calculator, helping companies improve accuracy and speed in the 80% of cases where product data is incomplete.

Streamlined Onboarding and Account Management

The release also introduces easier account and team management features, giving administrators the ability to:

Add team members and manage permissions Adjust subscription tiers Monitor credit usage and availability with full transparency

As shifting trade policies and the return of tariffs reshape global supply chains, the need for precise, real-time compliance intelligence has never been greater. Since launching earlier this year, Gaia Dynamics has been adopted by hundreds of companies, consistently more than doubling its growth each quarter, a testament to the accelerating demand for smarter trade compliance solutions. The company's AI platform recently earned a perfect 100% score on the U.S. Customs Broker License Exam, underscoring its unmatched accuracy in one of the world's most complex regulatory arenas. Earlier this year, Gaia appointed Carlos Alzate as its first Chief Technology Officer, adding world-class AI leadership to steer the company's rapid innovation and global expansion.

This latest release positions Gaia Dynamics as a pivotal ally for enterprises tackling the evolving demands of international trade, fostering efficiency, compliance, and strategic expansion through cutting-edge AI innovations.
