Through strategic change management, Ardent Mills aligned transportation, logistics, customer service, and sales, significantly boosting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, showcasing the power of AI-driven supply chain orchestration.
Kimberly-Clark secured the Connected Supply Chain award by implementing autonomous gate technology, reducing an 8-10 minute process to under two minutes. This intelligent automation eliminated manual touchpoints, enhancing facility operations and positioning Kimberly-Clark for future autonomous capabilities, demonstrating the immediate value of AI in supply chain management.
The Coca-Cola Company was named Supply Chain Visionary for its AI agent Tracy, which slashed “where’s my truck” query response times from 90 minutes to seconds. “FourKites’ AI agent Tracy has transformed how we handle ‘where’s my truck’ queries, cutting response times from 90 minutes to just a few seconds, returning hundreds of hours to our associates,” said Patrick McManus, Senior Director Customer Operations at The Coca-Cola Company. Tracy also proactively manages data quality, positioning Coca-Cola for advanced customer service capabilities.
Trane Technologies won the End-to-End Optimization award for turning a $2.69 million detention cost issue into a strategic initiative. “FourKites’ yard analytics and performance dashboards helped us eliminate almost all of our annual detention at two sites, reducing costs by 98.6%,” said Trey Hendricks, Director of International Logistics Operations, Trane Technologies. This success was extended across additional sites through proactive monitoring.
The High Flyer Awards recognized individual champions like Shwetha Balagali (Unilever) and Jeff Covington (Smithfield Foods) for driving supply chain innovation.
