Jay Lee joins Five9 from Icertis, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading global marketing, sales development, brand, demand generation, and GTM planning. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Avalara, where he drove global demand generation and communications strategies to support commercial growth.
His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at GE Capital, American Express, and PayPal, giving him deep experience across B2B and B2C organizations. Lee is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, emphasis on mentorship, and data-first approach to go-to-market strategy.
