The global translation services industry, valued at over $60 billion, still relies heavily on manual workflows for scanned documents, handwritten notes, official records, and complex layouts. Professional translators often spend up to 20 minutes per page on text extraction, OCR correction, translation, reformatting, and final assembly. EZDocuAI addresses this gap with a purpose-built platform that combines advanced OCR, handwriting recognition, AI-assisted translation, and layout preservation into a single streamlined process.
The platform features a synchronized dual-panel editor that displays the original document alongside the editable translated output at every stage. A specialized OCR engine handles handwriting, marginal notes, and cursive script, reducing manual transcription effort by up to 80%. For text-based documents, original formatting, margins, images, tables, and structural elements are preserved, eliminating time-consuming manual reformatting.
Translators can upload and enforce their own terminology glossaries across documents for consistency. Pro plans and above include an embedded verification page and a Human Verified seal with a publicly scannable QR code, allowing clients to confirm professional review and approval.

EZDocuAI operates on a strict Zero Knowledge Processing architecture. All documents are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Users fully control retention periods — delete on download, after 7 days, or after 30 days. Every deletion generates a downloadable Certificate of Deletion with a SHA-256 hash as cryptographic proof of permanent removal. No document content is retained after export, and no data is ever used to train AI models.
