Conversational analytics enables customers to ask questions about spending by employee, category, merchant, workspace, reporting period, and more, then receive visual charts and explanations. Chat-based expense management allows users to create, edit, categorize, tag, submit, approve, and reject expenses and reports using natural language. Workspace administration lets users configure policies, create rules, troubleshoot account issues, and update settings simply by asking Concierge. Cross-channel access enables interaction through email, text message, or the Expensify app. Autonomous workflow agents in beta allow customers to define custom instructions for AI agents that can perform routine expense management tasks autonomously, with a complete audit trail.
