The acquisition of ZyraTalk positions EverCommerce to deliver advanced AI-driven solutions to its 725,000+ service SMB customers. ZyraTalk’s platform combines virtual assistant capabilities with agentic automation, enabling 24/7 responsiveness for customer interactions and streamlining critical workflows such as scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payment processing, and engagement. This aligns with EverCommerce’s goal to drive growth and efficiency for service-based businesses.
