Announced from Vienna, Virginia, the acquisition adds advanced open-source intelligence capabilities to help organizations identify emerging threats earlier and make faster, more informed decisions.

By adding Open Measures' advanced OSINT capabilities to the Everbridge risk intelligence portfolio, customers will gain earlier visibility into these signals, understand their potential significance, and make faster, more informed decisions. Open Measures specializes in collecting and analyzing billions of publicly available signals across more than 45 digital sources, including mainstream and alternative social media platforms and online communities. Its technology helps organizations uncover developing narratives, connect related activity across platforms, and investigate evolving threats.
The acquisition builds on continued investment by Everbridge in risk intelligence as a core component of operational resilience. Combining open-source intelligence with Critical Event Management capabilities will enable organizations to better connect digital risk signals with the people, locations, assets, and operations that may be affected. Open Measures' proprietary data collection and deep OSINT expertise also create new opportunities for AI-powered analysis, investigation, and decision support.
