Proven Track Record in Strategic Roles

Most recently, McDermott served as CFO at Sogelink, where he directed financial strategy and operations. Before that, he held senior leadership positions in the U.S., including Interim CFO and Chief Accounting Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he drove operational strategies, managed major business transformations, and oversaw key acquisitions. Earlier, as VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at NETGEAR Inc., he led financial initiatives during critical events such as the company’s IPO and the spin-off of its smart home security division, Arlo.
