Esker, the leading AI Automation Suite for the Office of the CFO, has appointed Achille Baulny as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CSTO), reporting to CEO Jean-Michel Bérard. In this role, Baulny will define and execute Esker’s value creation plan, leading strategic and transformation initiatives in collaboration with operational teams and business units to align projects with priorities and support international growth and innovation.
Baulny began his career at EY Strategy and later joined EY-Parthenon, advising large companies on strategic and organizational transformations. Since 2021, he has been Chief of Staff & Business Transformation Director at Infovista, leading major transformation programs and contributing to the company’s expansion.
