  • Eluvio unveils industry-first inline open-model video AI and agentic orchestration at IBC 2026 with Content Fabric pipeline.
  • First commercially available solution for frame-accurate multimodal AI inference, analysis, and orchestration built natively into media pipeline.
  • New open model AI inference engine executes AI inline with content distribution, inference metadata instantly available globally.
  • 17 built-in models covering analysis, segmentation, summarization, multi-language transcription with extensible API for third-party models.
  • Newest models include live vertical video generation with sports motion analysis, player jersey identification, shot beat scene segmentation.
  • Next-generation EVIE expanded with Titles view, AI Runtime, media-synchronized visualization, zero-copy clipping, and MCP API for agentic workflows.

Universal & Dynamic Video Intelligence Architecture

Eluvio AI is the first commercially available architecture to run frame-accurate, multimodal AI analysis and inference inline within streaming media generation and distribution pipeline itself. AI models operate directly against live and on-demand video as it flows through Content Fabric, producing fully time-aligned labels, embeddings, vectors, transcripts, and metadata immediately available to Fabric's just-in-time media pipeline. Unlike conventional cloud AI workflows requiring video copying and re-transcoding, Eluvio performs entire workflow in place with zero file copies, zero media or metadata movement, and zero re-transcoding.

The result is single architecture where AI intelligence can immediately drive video itself — enabling frame-accurate search, personalization, clipping, highlights, vertical video, compliance reels, summaries, and other derivative experiences for both live and on-demand content.

"Eluvio AI is fundamentally different from point AI solutions because the intelligence runs inline, with frame accuracy, across live and archival content — without the cost and delay of copying and re-transcoding media before it can be processed and ensembling the power of individual models with frame-accuracy," said Michelle Munson, CEO and co-founder of Eluvio. "The AI is built directly into the video pipeline of the Content Fabric, rather than added afterward as a separate cloud workflow."

17 Built-In Models and Next-Generation EVIE

Expanded AI inference engine provides open runtime for frame-level, video-level, multimodal, and language models, allowing new open-source, Eluvio-developed, customer-specific, and third-party models to be incorporated without changing underlying media workflow. Platform includes 17 built-in models spanning multimodal analysis, segmentation, summarization, transcription, identification, search, and generation. Capabilities include shot, beat and scene segmentation, multimodal embeddings with OpenCLIP, ImageBind, MediaPipe, motion focus and identity analysis with speaker and celebrity identification, multi-language transcription, and fast text, tag and vector storage.

For live sports, new capabilities include just-in-time vertical video generation combining live motion analysis, expert focus tracking, and per-player jersey identification, dynamically determining focal point for each shot and producing 9:16 vertical presentations from live 16:9 source without creating second encoded stream. Additional processors include "In This Video" key moment identification, personalized synopsis and summarization, live and on-demand highlights, automatic chapters, zero-copy generative composition, and natural-language personalization.

Eluvio Video Intelligence Editor provides media-facing application layer allowing users to inspect, search, validate, edit, and act upon AI data synchronized to underlying video. New EVIE Titles & Events experience brings complete AI stack together around title or event with AI Runtime inference management, media-synchronized visualization by frame, shot, beat, scene, deep multimodal search, ground-truth management, and dynamic vertical video.

Eluvio is also introducing Model Context Protocol API exposing major Content Fabric and Eluvio AI functions for agentic orchestration, allowing ChatGPT, Claude, other LLMs, third-party applications, and agentic systems to execute complex video workflows through natural-language interfaces. Eluvio will demonstrate at IBC Show 2026, Hall 8, Stand 8.MS5 and Future Tech Zone Hall 14, Stand 14.A58, September 11–14, RAI Amsterdam.
