Rebranding Signals Strategic Evolution

Doxis today announced its rebranding from SER Group, adopting the name of its flagship Intelligent Content Automation platform to reflect its focus on delivering comprehensive Document Intelligence. This change marks 40 years of innovation, capped by another year of profitable growth in 2025, while maintaining existing product and service names.

The rebrand emphasizes Doxis as a unified AI-first platform managing the entire document lifecycle—from gathering and analyzing to automating, generating, and securing documents—on a single system deeply integrated with major enterprise technologies.

Unified Platform Delivers End-to-End Document Intelligence

“Where competitors offer fragmented point solutions, Doxis delivers true end-to-end document lifecycle automation and governance on one platform — deeply integrated with leading enterprise technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft,” says Dr. John Bates, CEO of Doxis.

Over five million users rely on the Doxis platform daily for efficient, compliant, and intelligent work. Recent acquisitions in customer communication management, SAP document automation, and intelligent document processing have expanded capabilities, allowing organizations to consolidate siloed tools into one holistic solution for enterprise-wide information control.

New Leadership Appointments Accelerate Growth

To support global expansion and AI-driven innovation, Doxis has appointed three senior leaders:

Yeelen Knegtering has been named Chief AI Officer. As co-founder and former CEO of Klippa—acquired by Doxis in March 2025—Knegtering will oversee the company’s AI strategy, including implementation, ethics, governance, and alignment of technology with business goals to fuel innovation and revenue growth.

Andy Spence joins as Chief Revenue Officer, leading the global sales organization, Solution Engineering, and Revenue Operations. With extensive experience in public and private equity-backed software firms, he most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at Accelya and previously led EMEA North at Qlik.

Jean Van Vuuren has been appointed Vice President of Sales EMEA. Bringing over two decades of expertise in enterprise content management (ECM) and intelligent document processing (IDP), he has a proven track record of driving growth in healthcare and international markets.

“With our refreshed Doxis brand, upgraded Document Intelligence vision and strengthened leadership team, we’ve invested significantly to keep up the growth and innovation our customers are demanding in 2026,” comments Bates.

This rebrand and leadership enhancement positions Doxis to capitalize on rising demand for AI-powered, unified document intelligence solutions across enterprises.
