DISCO has announced that former Meta Vice President of Global Security and Privacy Andre Mintz has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective July 21, 2026. Mintz brings extensive senior leadership experience in security and privacy risk management from Meta, Microsoft, Reuters, and FedEx.

Mintz most recently served as Vice President, Global Security and Privacy at Meta.
He has held senior roles at Newport Group, Red Ventures, Nuance Communications, Microsoft, Reuters, and FedEx.
Mintz also serves on the Board of Directors for Q2, a publicly traded financial technology services company.

The appointment strengthens DISCO's governance in information security and data privacy.

Mintz has led a multi-decade career in security and privacy risk management, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Security and Privacy at Meta. He has also held senior roles at Newport Group, Red Ventures, Nuance Communications and Leviathan Security Group. Other key positions include senior roles at Microsoft, Reuters and FedEx.
