Deliverect announced Justin Falciola as President of the Americas, leveraging his extensive experience in scaling digital businesses. Falciola joined Papa John’s in 2016, leading its Digital team before becoming Chief Analytics and Technology Officer in 2018, overseeing 6,000+ restaurants in 50 countries and driving $1 billion in web, mobile, and aggregator sales growth from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology & Growth Officer at CKE Restaurant Holdings, managing IT for 3,800 Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s locations across 40 countries. “Justin’s experience driving digital innovation at some of the world’s largest restaurant brands makes him the ideal leader to help scale our AI capabilities,” said Zhong Xu, CEO of Deliverect.
