DataStrike and Brainforge have announced a strategic partnership aimed at helping mid-market organizations overcome operational and infrastructure challenges that often prevent AI initiatives from delivering measurable business value. The collaboration combines Brainforge’s AI consulting and implementation expertise with DataStrike’s managed data infrastructure and operational support capabilities.

The partnership comes as enterprises continue to face growing pressure to operationalize AI effectively while maintaining governance, observability, security, and cost control. Both companies are attending Snowflake Summit 2026, where enterprise AI readiness and operational accountability remain central industry themes.

DataStrike and Brainforge Target the AI Execution Gap

The partnership addresses a growing challenge facing mid-market businesses: successfully deploying AI initiatives while maintaining the infrastructure and operational support required for long-term scalability.

According to a Gartner survey referenced by the companies, only 28% of AI initiatives fully succeed and meet ROI expectations, while 20% fail outright. For mid-market organizations with limited budgets and smaller technology teams, failed AI deployments can create significant financial and operational setbacks.

Brainforge will focus on AI strategy, use-case development, and implementation services, while DataStrike will provide the underlying database, analytics, cloud, and infrastructure expertise necessary to support AI systems in production environments.

“AI runs on data,” said DataStrike CEO Buddy Flerl. “The model conversation is just the starting point. The organizations getting value from AI are the ones who've built the operational layer around it — observability, governance, security, and cost management. It's not glamorous, but it's what keeps AI running at scale, and it's what we've spent decades helping customers get right. Brainforge brings the AI expertise. We bring the operational backbone. Together, that's how you turn AI vision into business value.”

Partnership Combines AI Strategy With Operational Support

The companies stated that organizations often treat AI development and AI operations as separate initiatives, creating gaps between implementation and long-term execution. The partnership aims to bridge that divide by offering integrated AI consulting and infrastructure services from the outset.

“We're not here to sell AI,” said Uttam Kumaran, CEO of Brainforge. “We're here to make AI work for the customer. It starts with an honest assessment of what's ready, what isn't, and where the real value is. Then it takes the right foundation, governance, and operational support to keep it running. Most firms hand that off. We built this partnership, so we don't have to. The customer gets both, from day one.”

The first offering launched under the collaboration is the AI Discovery Sprint, which is designed to help organizations evaluate AI readiness, identify practical use cases, and establish operational foundations for production deployments.

Additional joint services and resources are expected as the partnership evolves.

Focus on Governance, Observability, and AI Readiness

The collaboration reflects broader industry concerns around enterprise AI governance, observability, and infrastructure maturity, particularly among mid-market businesses seeking to operationalize AI without significantly expanding internal teams.

DataStrike brings expertise across SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and AI readiness services. The company currently supports more than 200 North American clients through managed data services and infrastructure operations.

Brainforge specializes in building AI-native context infrastructure that connects enterprise data, workflows, documents, and operational systems into integrated AI environments supporting automation, analytics, dashboards, and decision-making tools.

The companies stated that combining operational infrastructure with AI strategy and implementation support is intended to help customers move from experimentation to measurable business outcomes faster and with lower operational risk.
