Datalinx AI, an AI Data Refinery specializing in transforming raw consumer data into actionable intelligence for enterprises, has announced its founding team, featuring executives from Amazon, Intuit, Oracle, and Unity. Co-founders Nicole Landis Ferragonio and Alek Liskov join as Chief Product Officer and Chief AI Officer, respectively, alongside CEO Joe Luchs (formerly Amazon and Oracle) and CTO Jeff Collins (formerly Unity and Intuit). This leadership group is dedicated to addressing the critical challenge of converting unstructured data into reliable insights for AI applications.
The founding team's collective expertise positions Datalinx AI to tackle data readiness bottlenecks that hinder 85% of AI projects. By automating key processes like data exploration, transformation, enrichment, activation, and quality management, the platform empowers teams to fuel AI models with clean, scalable consumer data, driving growth in marketing, analytics, and engineering.
Nicole Landis Ferragonio brings over a decade of adtech and product leadership, including pivotal roles at Amazon where she contributed to building the Amazon Marketing Cloud. This initiative democratized data access for business users, introduced privacy-safe analytics, and advanced clean room technology, culminating in a U.S. patent for her innovations. Starting as a strategy consultant, Ferragonio holds an MBA from NYU Stern and will lead product development, innovation, and operations at Datalinx AI.
Alek Liskov, a veteran in data science and product management, serves as Chief AI Officer, overseeing AI strategy and software deployment. Previously, as Director of AI and Data Product at Intuit, he spearheaded AI-powered products and agents. Liskov spent eight years at Verizon in executive roles, enhancing the enterprise data platform and deploying AI across marketing, customer experience, and retail. Based in New York, Liskov and Ferragonio will collaborate with Luchs and Collins to propel the company's expansion.
“After a successful launch, we’re thrilled to announce Nicole and Alek as co-founders to accelerate our vision. Their deep expertise in product, engineering, and AI, particularly within the adtech and martech space, will be invaluable as we continue to empower our customers to get the most value out of their data,” said Luchs. “Our founding team is committed to helping customers move faster, compete smarter, and win in the AI era.”
“I’ve seen firsthand how companies struggle to unlock the full potential of their data,” said Ferragonio. “At Datalinx AI, we’re tackling this challenge head-on with a product that makes data readiness simple and scalable. I’m excited to partner with Joe, Jeff, and Alek to enable businesses to transform their data into actionable intelligence that drives smarter decisions and measurable results.”
Datalinx AI's progress is highlighted by its inclusion in the inaugural Databricks AI Accelerator Program, one of five startups selected. This participation provides up to $250,000 in investment capital, product credits, go-to-market support, technical advisors, executive sponsorship, and access to the Databricks VC Network, accelerating development for data and AI startups.
Datalinx AI's founding team and accelerator backing signal a strong foundation for innovation, enabling enterprises to harness consumer data for AI-driven growth. By streamlining data preparation, the platform eliminates barriers, allowing organizations to innovate at AI's pace and achieve unprecedented efficiency.
