CyrusOne has announced the appointment of John Hatem as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company's Board, effective immediately. Hatem, a nearly 15-year company veteran who most recently served as President, succeeds Eric Schwartz as part of the Company's long-term succession planning.

Hatem joined CyrusOne in 2011 and has held increasingly senior roles, most recently as President overseeing global sales, procurement, and U.S. design and construction.
He led a manufacturing-driven approach to data center development that has become a competitive differentiator.
CyrusOne operates over 60 data centers across the U.S., Europe, and Japan serving hyperscale and enterprise customers.
The appointment comes as AI infrastructure demand drives record revenue growth and customer expansion.
Hatem began his career as a network operations engineer for major financial firms including JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley.
