Core AI Holdings, Inc. has announced the appointment of Sonali Garg to its Advisory Board, a move that significantly strengthens the company’s operational leadership. Ms. Garg currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Allianca Group Inc. Her appointment follows a recently established strategic joint venture between Core AI and Allianca, aimed at delivering high-capacity, AI-ready data center infrastructure with enhanced speed and efficiency.

Ms. Garg brings an extensive track record in managing mission-critical data center capacity and large-scale project portfolios. During her tenure at Allianca, she has overseen portfolios exceeding $6 billion in annual value. Her experience is rooted in the practical challenges of scaling digital infrastructure, having previously held senior leadership roles at Meta Platforms, Inc. At Meta, she was responsible for program cost control during a period where the data center portfolio expanded from $2 billion to $10 billion, supporting significant year-over-year capacity growth.
