Convertr Strengthens Product Leadership

Convertr has announced the appointment of Greg Jordan as Chief Product Officer, reinforcing the company's strategy to help organizations govern lead and contact data before it enters CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and AI-powered workflows.

The appointment comes as enterprises face increasing pressure to manage data from publishers, vendors, enrichment providers, event platforms, and AI agents while maintaining data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Greg Jordan Brings Extensive B2B Data and MarTech Experience

Jordan joins Convertr with 18 years of experience spanning product management, engineering, operations, commercial leadership, and B2B data technology.

Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at DemandScience, where he led product, engineering, and data teams while overseeing platform consolidation and the development of proprietary data infrastructure. His previous leadership roles at Leadiro and EmailChecker also focused on expanding data capabilities, improving commercial operations, and bringing data quality technologies to market.

At Convertr, Jordan will lead the company's product strategy across three core priorities: enhancing existing platform capabilities, expanding its role as the governance layer for contact data before CRM and AI systems, and developing stronger evidence and audit capabilities for data governance.

“Convertr operates the control point for lead and contact data before it reaches any CRM, marketing automation platform or AI workflow,” said Emma Bowkett, CEO and founder of Convertr. “That position matters more now than at any point in our history, and the next phase of this business is built on it. Greg has spent 18 years in B2B data across commercial, operational and product leadership. That combination is rare, and it is exactly the right fit for where we are taking the business. I’m excited to have him leading the product team as we scale.”

Supporting AI-Ready Data Governance

Convertr operates at the pre-ingestion stage of the customer data lifecycle, validating, standardizing, enriching, and routing records before they enter enterprise systems.

As AI adoption accelerates, organizations are placing greater emphasis on ensuring that data entering downstream systems is accurate, compliant, and governed from the outset. Poor-quality or unmanaged data can create risks for AI models, business operations, and regulatory compliance.

Jordan believes this pre-ingestion governance layer will become increasingly important as AI-driven workflows continue to expand.

“Convertr sits at a point in the contact data lifecycle that few products reach, before data enters any CRM, marketing automation platform or AI workflow,” said Jordan. “That position matters more as AI and regulation raise the stakes on data at intake. My career has been built on the same problem across commercial, operational and product leadership: getting accurate, governed, commercially useful data into the hands of the teams that depend on it. My focus is to strengthen Convertr’s position as the operational layer for contact data at intake.”

Expanding the Platform's Governance Capabilities

Convertr plans to enhance its governance platform by extending the operational controls already used by enterprise customers while adding stronger audit trails that demonstrate how contact data is managed before entering business systems.

The expanded roadmap is designed to help organizations improve data quality, support regulatory compliance, reduce operational risk, and prepare enterprise data for AI-driven applications. As businesses continue adopting automated workflows, governing data at the point of entry is becoming an essential component of modern marketing technology and customer data strategies.
