Cognizant and Snowflake announced an expanded collaboration at Snowflake Summit 2026 to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption through the Snowflake CoCo platform. As a Preferred Launch Partner for CoCo and Snowflake’s 2026 CoCo Catalyst Partner of the Year for Impactful Customer Story, Cognizant is expanding its portfolio of AI-powered intelligent agents designed to support data engineering, analytics and business decision workflows.

The collaboration aims to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and deploy production-ready AI solutions faster by combining AI engineering, workflow-centric design and industry expertise.

Cognizant Focuses on Operationalizing Enterprise AI

Enterprises continue to face challenges in operationalizing AI due to legacy infrastructure, fragmented data environments and the complexity of integrating AI into business processes. Cognizant’s AI Builder strategy is designed to address these challenges by connecting AI platforms, domain expertise and workflow automation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Under this approach, Cognizant enables enterprises to accelerate the AI lifecycle across semantic model generation, agent orchestration, governed analytics and validation workflows. The company is also helping organizations deploy production-grade intelligent agents at scale while reducing implementation timelines.

"When the data foundation is AI-ready and business context is built in, build cycles collapse," said Naveen Sharma, Senior Vice President and Practice Head, AI & Analytics at Cognizant. "That is exactly what Cognizant's AI Builder approach delivers, and with Snowflake CoCo, we are putting production-grade AI into enterprise workflows in hours, not weeks."

Enterprise Adoption of Snowflake CoCo Continues to Grow

The expanded partnership is supported by increasing enterprise adoption of the CoCo platform within Cognizant’s AI & Analytics practice. The platform combines AI engineering, ecosystem integrations and domain expertise to operationalize AI initiatives at scale.

To date, CoCo has expanded to more than 2,250 users across Cognizant labs and client environments. The collaboration has operationalized over 30 enterprise use cases, delivered more than 260 hours of enablement and supported over 1.3 million AI-driven requests. Cognizant has also developed more than 12 custom CoCo skills and over 90 revenue-ready accelerators to support enterprise AI deployment.

"Enterprises are at a pivotal moment in their AI journey, where success depends on the ability to move from experimentation to real, scalable impact," said Amy Kodl, SVP, Worldwide Alliances & Channels at Snowflake. "Our collaboration with Cognizant brings together the power of the CoCo platform with deep industry and workflow expertise to help organizations operationalize AI faster—turning data into decisions and driving meaningful business outcomes at scale."

A+E Global Media Improves Workflow Efficiency with AI Agents

A+E Global Media implemented an AI-powered conversational analytics agent built on Snowflake CoCo to modernize Creative Airing Logs across its linear operations landscape. The solution automated dataset preparation and enabled business users to ask natural language questions, investigate trafficking discrepancies and generate ad-hoc reports more efficiently.

The AI implementation reduced manual reporting processes across Commercial Operations and Legal & Business Affairs teams, helping the organization reclaim approximately 200 hours of manual work while improving operational efficiency and accelerating decision-making.

Snowflake CoCo also streamlined development workflows, including SQL authoring, data validation and exploratory analysis, serving as an AI co-pilot throughout the delivery lifecycle.

"At A+E Global Media, we are leveraging Snowflake's AI-native cloud platform, including Cortex agents, to enable intelligent access to creative airing and advertising operations data. This empowers our Ad Operations and Legal teams to interact with data more directly, make faster and more informed decisions and significantly reduce manual effort across critical workflows. Cognizant continues to be a strong strategic partner in helping us bring these innovative AI-driven solutions to life," said Bruno Sathyan, VP, Corporate Application Engineering & Enterprise Data at A+E Global Media.

Cognizant Expands Industry-Specific AI Use Cases

Cognizant continues to expand its portfolio of CoCo-enabled enterprise AI use cases across analytics, compliance automation, contract intelligence, anomaly detection and financial workflows.

The company reported measurable outcomes across industries, including up to 70% effort reduction for a global biopharma organization, approximately $85,000 in annual savings and 1,300 reclaimed hours for a sports and entertainment company and a 99% reduction in change impact analysis time for a North American telecom provider.

Building on implementations such as A+E Global Media, Cognizant plans to continue investing in industry-specific CoCo skills, pre-built AI agent templates and cross-platform orchestration capabilities to support enterprise-scale agentic AI adoption on governed infrastructure.
