CodeRabbit names enterprise sales veteran Matthew Mulqueen as Chief Revenue Officer to scale global go-to-market operations. The AI code review platform accelerates enterprise expansion with new leadership in sales and customer success.
CodeRabbit, the pioneer in AI code review, has appointed Matthew Mulqueen as Chief Revenue Officer. Mulqueen will oversee the company’s global go-to-market strategy, including sales and customer success, as CodeRabbit continues its rapid expansion in the enterprise segment.
Matthew Mulqueen brings nearly two decades of leadership experience at high-growth infrastructure and AI companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at LILT AI. Previously, he held senior executive roles at Kong and Cresta. Mulqueen also led sales for Datadog and AppDynamics in EMEA during their critical growth phases leading up to their IPOs, building high-performing revenue engines in complex technical markets.
"With AI code quality emerging as the primary differentiator for engineering teams, CodeRabbit has chosen a leader who can translate our technical dominance into a scalable global operation," said CEO Harjot Gill. "Matthew has built and led revenue engines at some of the most competitive companies in enterprise software, and that pedigree is exactly what we need to meet, and exceed, the demands of our growing roster of enterprise partners. The opportunity in front of us is massive, and Matthew is the right person to help us capture it."
Following a successful $60 million Series B funding round, CodeRabbit is scaling enterprise-wide deployments globally. Mulqueen’s appointment strengthens the company’s ability to support this growth through three key priorities.
Mulqueen will focus on scaling regional sales teams across North America, EMEA, and APJ to better serve the increasing number of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients adopting CodeRabbit’s AI-powered code review platform.
The new Chief Revenue Officer will formalize customer success frameworks to help large-scale engineering organizations maximize the return on investment from AI-driven code quality and security features.
CodeRabbit aims to solidify its position as the default AI code review standard across enterprises, making AI-native code quality synonymous with the CodeRabbit platform.
“CodeRabbit is the only platform that has successfully balanced the speed of generative AI with the rigor of enterprise code reviews,” said Mulqueen. “I’ve spent my career helping organizations navigate massive technological shifts, and the transition to AI-augmented development is the most significant one yet. My focus will be on building the commercial infrastructure required to bring CodeRabbit’s context-aware intelligence to every developer at every major enterprise worldwide.”
This strategic hire positions CodeRabbit to capitalize on the growing demand for reliable AI code review solutions in SaaS, IT, and enterprise software development environments.
