Clari + Salesloft, the leader in Revenue Orchestration, today announced the appointments of Brian Benfer as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Rajesh Krishnaswami as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening both the execution engine that drives revenue and the AI platform that powers it. The appointments mark the company's next phase following its December 2025 merger, advancing its Predictive Revenue System.
Clari + Salesloft appoints Brian Benfer as CRO and Rajesh Krishnaswami as CTO following December 2025 merger.
Benfer joins from Brightly Software where he served as CRO for six years, leading through acquisition and sale to Siemens.
Benfer expanded business internationally across APAC, EMEA, and India; previously led sales at SolarWinds (N-able) and Citrix.
Krishnaswami brings 30+ years experience; previously CTO at Globalli, SVP of Engineering at Dayforce, and leadership at SAP, Oracle, Infor.
Company recognized in inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration.
Launched April 2026 connection of forecasting insights to seller execution and opening revenue data to external AI tools.
“Brian has been on the front lines running revenue in the same conditions our customers face every day: complex, competitive, and under pressure to deliver,” said Steve Cox, CEO of Clari + Salesloft. “Rajesh brings the engineering discipline to match, building AI-driven platforms that scale and stay anchored in real business outcomes. Together, they connect how we go to market with how we build, turning insight into action and strengthening the entire system.”
As CRO, Benfer will lead the global revenue organization across sales and partnerships, aligning closely with customer success to scale a consistent, repeatable global revenue motion. Benfer joins from Brightly Software, where he served as CRO for six years, leading the company through multiple acquisitions, including its sale to Siemens. He expanded the business internationally across APAC, EMEA, and India and helped scale the company to profitability. Earlier in his career, he led sales at SolarWinds (now N-able) and held leadership roles at Citrix. Having operated as a Clari + Salesloft customer, he brings firsthand insight into how enterprise revenue teams use the solution.
“As a longtime customer, I've seen what this platform can do when you're responsible for the number,” said Benfer. “Revenue is the lifeblood of every business, but most teams are still trying to run it without a clear, consistent way to execute. When you get that right, you don't just improve performance, you change what the business is capable of. That's the opportunity here, and it doesn't exist anywhere else in this market.”
As CTO, Krishnaswami will lead global engineering and platform development, including AI capabilities and architecture underpinning the Predictive Revenue System. His focus will be on accelerating the company's AI-native roadmap and expanding how revenue data is activated across systems and workflows in real time. Krishnaswami brings more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software and platform engineering. Most recently, he served as CTO at Globalli, where he led development of an AI-native platform for global payroll and payments. Prior to that, he was SVP of Engineering at Dayforce and held leadership roles at SAP, Oracle, and Infor.
“What drew me to Clari + Salesloft is the combination of real scale and a strong foundation already in place,” said Krishnaswami. “Building AI-native platforms that perform across millions of users, multiple countries, and complex enterprise environments is the work I've spent my career on. The opportunity here is to take that foundation further, connect more of the signals that drive revenue, and turn them into systems teams can rely on every day to run the business.”
These appointments build on a series of milestones that have rapidly expanded Clari + Salesloft's position in the market: the December 2025 merger creating the most comprehensive Revenue AI solution, the appointment of CEO Steve Cox and continued expansion of the executive leadership team including CFO and CISO, recognition in the inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration, and the April 2026 launch connecting forecasting insights directly to seller execution and opening revenue data to external AI tools.
